2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

3. Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Yes, we offer pre-production samples so you can evaluate quality, sizing, and finishing before proceeding with bulk orders. Sampling usually takes 7–10 working days.
4. Can I send my own designs or tech packs?
Absolutely! We work with your own designs, mood boards, sketches, or detailed tech packs. If you don’t have a tech pack, we can help you create one for an additional fee.
5. What kind of customization do you offer?
We offer full customization, including:
Fabric selection
Fit and size grading
Printing and embroidery
Labels (woven, printed, heat-transfer)
Hangtags and custom packaging
6. How long does production take?
Lead time depends on the order size and complexity:
Sampling: 7–10 working days
Bulk production: 15–25 working days after sample approval and payment confirmation
7. Do you offer eco-friendly and sustainable fabrics?
Yes, we offer a wide range of sustainable options, including:

12. What if I receive defective or wrong products?
