🧵 Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable

All products manufactured by Fashion Flair Pvt LTD are custom made according to your specific designs, size charts, and instructions. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for the following:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect sizes provided by the customer

• Customer provided design errors

• Delays due to shipping, customs, or third party logistics

✅ Return Eligibility – Manufacturing Defects Only

We only accept returns or offer refunds if the product:

• Has a verified manufacturing defect

• Is significantly different from the approved sample

• Has been damaged due to our fault during production

To be eligible for a return or refund:

• Notify us within 5 business days of receiving the goods

• Provide clear photos or videos of the defect

• Return the items (if requested) in unused and unwashed condition

🔄 Resolution Options

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer one or more of the following:

• Replacement of the defective items

• Partial refund or credit towards your next order

• Rework or repair, if applicable

Please note: Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used.

🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Incorrect measurements sent by client

• Color or fabric changes after order confirmation

• Minor print alignment or stitching variations within industry tolerance

• Delays caused by shipping partners or customs clearance

📦 Shipping Costs

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was from our side. In such cases, we will cover the cost or provide a return label.
