🧵 Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable

All products manufactured by Fashion Flair Pvt LTD are custom-made according to your specific designs, size charts, and instructions. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for the following:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect sizes provided by the customer

• Customer-provided design errors

• Delays due to shipping, customs, or third-party logistics

✅ Return Eligibility – Manufacturing Defects Only

We only accept returns or offer refunds if the product:

• Has a verified manufacturing defect

• Is significantly different from the approved sample

• Has been damaged due to our fault during production

To be eligible for a return or refund:

• Notify us within 5 business days of receiving the goods

• Provide clear photos or videos of the defect

• Return the items (if requested) in unused and unwashed condition
